Pan Fried Pork Chops

Who doesn’t love a good pork chop?  Lots of protein and very filling.  Am I right?? I found this recipe from Chrissy Teigen.  I adapted it  to make it keto friendly and gluten free.  Follow it below 🙂

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 4 4-6oz Pork Chops
  • 1/2 c gluten free flour
  • 1/2c Trader Joes Gluten Free Stuffing mix
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • EVOO

Steps:

  1. Add 2 turns of the skillet with EVOO and put heat on medium high.
  2. Finely chop the stuffing mix with your food processor or place in a zip lock bag and hit it with a hammer 🙂 Don’t forget to add some of the spice packet to the mixture.
  3. Make 3 bowls:
    1. Flour
    2. beaten egg
    3. stuffing mix
  4. Dip the pork chop in the flour, then the egg, then the stuffing mix.
  5. Place on skillet.  Cook on each side for 7-9 minutes (total of 18 minutes cook time) depending on thickness.
  6. Serve up with your favorite sides and enjoy!
