Who doesn’t love a good pork chop? Lots of protein and very filling. Am I right?? I found this recipe from Chrissy Teigen. I adapted it to make it keto friendly and gluten free. Follow it below 🙂
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 4 4-6oz Pork Chops
- 1/2 c gluten free flour
- 1/2c Trader Joes Gluten Free Stuffing mix
- 1 egg, beaten
- EVOO
Steps:
- Add 2 turns of the skillet with EVOO and put heat on medium high.
- Finely chop the stuffing mix with your food processor or place in a zip lock bag and hit it with a hammer 🙂 Don’t forget to add some of the spice packet to the mixture.
- Make 3 bowls:
- Flour
- beaten egg
- stuffing mix
- Dip the pork chop in the flour, then the egg, then the stuffing mix.
- Place on skillet. Cook on each side for 7-9 minutes (total of 18 minutes cook time) depending on thickness.
- Serve up with your favorite sides and enjoy!
