This past weekend my girlfriends and I were treated to the most delectable brunch! We went to Fiola Mare in Georgetown. Let me tell you people, this restaurant is one of the best meals I’ve ever had. The interior of the restaurant is so charming and pretty. It’s right along the Potomac with beautiful water views. The service was five stars. And the food was out of this world.

The signature brunch includes a drink, appetizer, brunch, and dessert for the price of $52. Well worth it!! Here’s the scoop:

• Butternut squash soup- creamy, cozy, and tasty
• Lobster roll- huge chunks of lobster and the bread was toasted and buttery
• Jumbo lump crab Benedict- large lump crab cake with old bay hollandaise and whipped eggs
• Rigatoni all a carbonara- crunchy shell with a sunny side up egg. OMG!

Can’t miss out on:

• XXL Lemon Ricotta Pancakes (pictured) – need an army to finish it but WOW! So delicious and almost too pretty to eat.
• San Giorgio Frutti did Mare (pictured)- simply AMAZING! One of the best tuna tartare‘s I’ve ever had!!

This restaurant was such a wonderful experience. Thank you Fiola Mare for the lovely day! I can’t wait to come back and bring more friends to dine!
