Buffalo Chicken Burgers

Who doesn’t crave and love buffalo chicken?? I mean, I crave it all the time. Being on a low carb diet doesn’t mean I miss out on my favorite foods!

Ingredients:

  • 1lb ground chicken
  • Trader Joe’s seasoning salt
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 c Franks Hot sauce
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 1c Shredded lettuce
  • Choice of blue cheese dressing
  • 1/4c crumbled blue cheese

Steps:

  1. In a microwave safe bowl, melt butter and hot sauce for 30 second intervals until melted.
  2. In another bowl, mix the ground chicken, seasoning salt, and the melted butter mixture. Form 4 patties.
  3. Grill on high for 4 minutes per side until cooked through.
  4. Meanwhile, half and slice the celery stalks into thin pieces. Combine lettuce and sliced celery together.
  5. Plate up:
    • Lettuce and celery
    • Burger
    • Blue cheese crumbles
    • Blue cheese dressing
    • Drizzle with extra Franks Hot Sauce
