
Who doesn’t crave and love buffalo chicken?? I mean, I crave it all the time. Being on a low carb diet doesn’t mean I miss out on my favorite foods!
Ingredients:
- 1lb ground chicken
- Trader Joe’s seasoning salt
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 c Franks Hot sauce
- 3 celery stalks
- 1c Shredded lettuce
- Choice of blue cheese dressing
- 1/4c crumbled blue cheese
Steps:
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt butter and hot sauce for 30 second intervals until melted.
- In another bowl, mix the ground chicken, seasoning salt, and the melted butter mixture. Form 4 patties.
- Grill on high for 4 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, half and slice the celery stalks into thin pieces. Combine lettuce and sliced celery together.
- Plate up:

- Lettuce and celery
- Burger
- Blue cheese crumbles
- Blue cheese dressing
- Drizzle with extra Franks Hot Sauce
