Who else loves a super easy recipe? I do!! Usually after my workouts and working all day, I like a healthy meal that takes only a few steps. This Chicken Broccoli Bake is one of my cooking staples. Tasty and filling! Perfect Keto combination 🙂
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breast
- 1lb broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2c mayo
- 1/2c chicken broth
- Salt and pepper
- 1tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Boil chicken on medium high heat until cooked through (about 25 minutes). Drain; shred chicken.
- Steam broccoli in microwave steamer (Check out this one from Pampered Chef).
- Add cheese, mayo, and broth to a bowl. Stir to combine. Add cooked broccoli and shredded chicken. Add Old Bay, salt, and pepper.
- Add mixture to your favorite casserole dish.
- Cook for 20 minutes.
- Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Serve up and enjoy! 🙂
